Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cam Global English, we aim to provide high-quality online learning experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling.

Course Fees

• Course fees must be paid in advance to secure your place.

• Discounts and special offers apply only at the time of booking and cannot be combined.

Refunds

• Full Refund: Available if you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more before the course start date.

• Partial Refund: 50% of the course fee will be refunded if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start date.

• No Refunds: Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable.

Missed Lessons

• Group classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded if missed.

• For private lessons, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed lessons without notice will be charged in full.

Course Cancellation by Cam Global English

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason, students will be offered:

•  

• A subtitute teacher

• An alternative schedule, or

• A full refund of any unused fees.
